Online Auction Terms and ConditionsBy placing a bid you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this sale. Terms of the Auction: 10% Buyer's Premium for all Online Bids. Information is subject to change. All lots are sold as is, where is, with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. Due diligence is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. All sales are final. No credit card charge backs will be allowed. Purchases may be removed upon receipt of payment in full. Buyers assume complete responsibility for care of each purchase at time of sale. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All statements made prior to the sale of any item take precedence over written material and any prior verbal statements. The auction company is not responsible for accidents, thefts, errors or omissions. National Auctioneers Foundation reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Registration: In order to better serve our customers, all bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, and email address at which they can be contacted. This is to insure good communication between the National Auctioneers Foundation and the bidder throughout any transactions. Shipping: The auction company, through the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service, can arrange packing and shipping. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition. If you wish to pick-up your items as opposed to shipping your items, you must notify the donor within 24 hours upon receipt of this invoice. If notice is not given and your items are packed you may be subject to supplies and handling fees. End Times: This Online Only Auction is a timed event. Please note, this Online Only Auction also has an auto extend feature. Any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 5 minutes from the time the bid is placed. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 10:00 a.m. receives a bid at 9:59 a.m., the close time of the auction automatically extends to 10:04 a.m. The auto-extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within the 5 minute time frame Inspection: Bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. National Auctioneers Foundation shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. National Auctioneers Foundation and the Donors will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. All sales are final. Payment and Pick-up of Items: At the completion of the auction, successful bidders will be emailed an invoice with payment instructions. Winning bidders must make payment in full or approved payment arrangements within 48 hours after the close of the auction. Payment must be made to National Auctioneers Foundation either in person at our office located at 8880 Ballentine, Overland Park, KS 66214 or by wire transfer, credit card or approved check sent via overnight delivery. Donors cannot accept payment. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, credit card, cashier's check, or good personal or company check. All personal or company checks are subject to approval of the National Auctioneers Foundation. Upon receipt of payment in full the purchaser will receive an invoice marked 'Paid' with an original certificate for your purchase, including redemption information which must be presented at time of pick up. The National Auctioneers Foundation and/or Donors are in no way responsible for pick-up, delivery or assisting in loading out of property as this is the sole responsibility of the successful bidder. It is the successful bidders' responsibility to remove property within Tten business days. No items may be picked up without an original invoice from the National Auctioneers Foundation marked 'PAID'. Disclaimer: All information contained herein is believed to be correct to the best of the auctioneer's knowledge. The information is being furnished to bidders for the bidder's convenience and it is the responsibility of the bidder to determine that information contained herein is accurate and complete. Any reliance on the contents shall be solely at the recipient's risk. Bidders must conduct and rely solely upon their own investigations and inspections. The property is being sold 'AS IS' with any and all faults.. National Auctioneers Foundation is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against National Auctioneers Foundation or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. National Auctioneers Foundation will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
